Rosendal Garden Party returns to Djurgården in Stockholm on June 12–14, 2026. The festival is being held for the fifth time since its launch in 2022 and continues to bring together music, food and drink, art, and sustainability initiatives in a park setting.
In a short period of time, Rosendal Garden Party has established itself as a cultural experience where concerts, gastronomy, and visual expressions come together within one festival area. Previous editions have featured international acts such as Tyler, the Creator, The Strokes, Aphex Twin, Raye, Florence + The Machine, The National, Massive Attack, Grace Jones, M.I.A., Thåström, The Cardigans, and YG Marley, who was joined by Lauryn Hill and Daniela Rathana.
This year’s edition continues in the same spirit with a program spanning several generations, genres, and continents. Among this year’s artists are David Byrne, Faithless, Kaytranada, TLC, De La Soul, Sienna Spiro, José González, Slowdive, Agnes, Sasha Keable, STOR, Albin Lee Meldau, and The Magnolia.
Several of the performances are highlighted as special Swedish appearances or exclusive stops. Faithless will perform in Stockholm for the first time in 20 years, De La Soul will play their only Swedish show of the year, and TLC will make their first-ever festival appearance in Sweden. Kaytranada will perform his first major headline show on Swedish soil, while David Byrne will play his only Swedish date on his upcoming European tour. On Sunday, Sienna Spiro will also perform her first concert in Sweden.
“When we started Rosendal Garden Party, we had a clear vision of creating something that felt different from a traditional festival. More like a concert series, where each day is curated around a winding common thread and aimed at different audiences on different days,” says Johanna Beckman, Head of Content at Rush Ent.
She describes the festival as a place where music, art, food, nature, and people are allowed to exist side by side. According to Beckman, the goal is for visitors to leave the site with the feeling that they have experienced more than just concerts.
The food and drink offering remains a central part of Rosendal Garden Party. Each year, the festival area is filled with a carefully selected range of restaurants, chefs, and beverage vendors. Several new names have been added for this year’s edition, including Bar Montan, Dubbla Deli, Studio Canteen, Möja Fisk, and Sandhäxan. Visitors will be able to enjoy street food, restaurant concepts, wine bars, and cocktails, along with features such as an oyster bar and lobster rolls. This year also introduces “Ljushörnan,” where visitors can sit near the stage to eat and drink.
Art also plays a clear role at the festival. Rosendal Garden Party works with site-specific installations and visual expressions that are integrated into the festival area. This year’s art program is curated together with Malou Bergman from Silva Studio. Among the participating artists and creators are Theresa Traore Dahlberg, Toxoplasma made us do it: Akay, Olabo and Rae, Angela Wand, Leif Holmstrand, Lisa Jonasson, Micke Reuter, Zirkus Loko-Motiv, and Korvfabriken.
The festival also maintains a recurring focus on sustainability and social responsibility. Over the years, Rosendal Garden Party has worked with environmental issues and initiatives connected to climate and biodiversity. In 2024, the festival received the Greener Transport Award at the International A Greener Festival Awards. The Festivalskogen initiative, launched in collaboration with Live Green, returns for a second consecutive year and enables audiences, artists, and organizers to contribute to the protection of Swedish nature and the long-term preservation of forests.
Rosendal Garden Party is described as a three-day festival where each day has its own identity, with a headline act alongside carefully selected newcomers and timeless favorites. The festival attracted more than 40,000 visitors in 2025.
