Alive Festival 2027 in Borlänge has announced the first four acts on a planned 45-act bill. The bookings span a catalogue rooted in 1980s pop, a Eurovision act, Swedish dance music and Norwegian EPA-dunk.

Kim Wilde brings more than four decades of stage experience to the festival. She will perform with her band and her brother and songwriting partner, Ricky Wilde, drawing on the repertoire that established her international pop career.

Norwegian twins Marcus & Martinus won Melodifestivalen and subsequently represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest. Their catalogue includes “Elektrisk”, “Unforgettable” and “Girls”, and the duo played Avicii Arena in 2026. They have also accumulated hundreds of millions of streams.

E-type had his major breakthrough in 1994 with “Set The World On Fire”. His catalogue also includes “This Is The Way”, “Here I Go Again”, “Russian Lullaby”, “Paradise”, “Life”, “Angels Crying” and “Campione 2000”, giving the programme a substantial selection of Swedish dance hits.

Oslo group Kuselofte helped establish the wave of Norwegian EPA-dunk in Sweden and has amassed more than 400 million streams. The group has spent several years touring Scandinavia and is booked for a summer appearance at the festival. Its repertoire includes “Dominanten 2018”, “Genom Dalarna” and “Om Sverige vinner VM”.
