The album, released in 2026, consists of sixteen songs and showcases Abrams' characteristic vulnerability, introspective songwriting, and a musical depth shaped by personal experiences and creative collaborations.

The production marks a reunion with Grammy-winning producer and songwriter Aaron Dessner, Abrams' long-time creative partner.
