Benjamin Ingrosso has shared four new songs from the upcoming album baby don't say that, I'm sensitive and presented the complete tracklist. The 13-track album will be released on March 19, 2027, via EMI Nordic. The new material follows September's double single funny feeling and waste my time; together, these six songs make up half of the album.
The four new songs are mommy's boy, cliché, nice to meet ya, and deep diver. In the album's tracklist, the third title is spelled nice to meet ya. The songs revolve around self-image, romantic uncertainty, and the difficulty of moving on. The new recordings are described as more band-driven and rhythmically oriented than the September singles, with influences from 1980s new wave and alternative pop and indie from around the turn of the millennium.
Self-reflection in a more band-driven sound
In mommy's boy, Ingrosso uses self-ironic humor to explore the gap between outward confidence and inner insecurity. He has described the song as a confession that pokes fun at a version of himself that doesn’t quite match reality: a person who can seem secure or vain, but who also struggles with low self-esteem and a longing for affirmation.
Nice to meet ya centers on similar ambivalence: the hopefulness of starting to get over someone, set against the reluctance to move on. Deep diver is described as a deep dive into the emotional life, while cliché dwells on the recurring thought that a relationship could have ended differently if something had been done another way.
Jonathan Rado and Kane Ritchotte are listed as producers. Among the musicians on the album are bassist Pino Palladino and keyboardist Greg Phillinganes, whose credits include work with Elton John, The Who, Stevie Wonder, and Michael Jackson. The new direction is different from Pink Velvet Theatre, Ingrosso’s concept album from 2024, which drew inspiration from artists such as Bee Gees, Queen, and Elton John as well as grandiose musical films.
The full tracklist places the new songs alongside the earlier singles and seven other titles:
- mommy's boy
- waste my time
- what girls want
- cliché
- blue jeans and strawberries
- nice to meet ya
- funny feeling
- crazy stupid
- deep diver

- walk out of heaven
- end of the world
- go down
The double single in September marked the start of a new creative chapter for Ingrosso. According to campaign information, both songs entered Sweden’s top 50 chart during their first weekend and were added to several Swedish radio stations. Radio airplay was also reported in France, Germany, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

His career has also included victory in Melodifestivalen 2018, the TV show Benjamins, and the tours Allt det vackra and Better Days. The upcoming album puts his recent relationship-focused songwriting at the center of a sound marked by a larger ensemble and a clearer rhythmic drive.
